The term “Let him cook” does not literally mean to let the person cook or prepare something, the term is used to let the person continue and concentrate on the work at which he/she is good at.
Sometimes the term cook or cooked is used to represent a person’s situation (especially the worst one).

3. Gyatt
It simply means admiration or attraction towards a huge booty or ass.
